Wanting to try out our Lagree Fitness classes but feeling too nervous to start? We get it and we got you! Lagree is a highly technical workout and the machines can be really intimidating when first starting.

Join Ayla Barker for “The Basics” — our 4-Week Beginner Series to learn proper form and alignment and get acquainted with the Megaformer. These classes will go into detailed explanation of set up for each exercise and provide lots of time for individual coaching and hands on adjustments and corrections.

Each class will build on the skills from the previous class and by the end of the month you will be feeling stronger, longer and confidently crushing it on the Mega.
